Today, we will discuss the Word of God to encourage church workers. The backbone of the church is the church workers who work tirelessly to serve God. In their work, they encounter various situations that make them tired.
God knows the hearts of his church workers. He has mentioned some special things in his words to encourage them, which make the hearts of church workers happy.
Jesus said that those who are weary should come to him because he will give them rest. He is our good shepherd, and he will protect us. From the Word of God, we can learn that if we do something for the kingdom of God, the Lord will reward us for it.
Whatever we do in this world, we will get the reward for it as long as we are on earth, but if we do something for the kingdom of God, we will get the result forever. When we do something for the church, the people of the world do not give us anything, but we must remember that God will bless us in due time.
Therefore, we should not expect any reward or result from the people of this world. But God, who sees everything, will bless us. So we should always keep ourselves ready for the work of the church and encourage others.
Since the church is a family, everyone should come forward and work with one heart for the development of this family. Let’s look at the following Bible verses to encourage church workers.
