The Bible always teaches us to stand for the right things. In our lives, there are situations that come where we have to come to a specific conclusion, and God’s word supports us to stand up for the right things all the time. From the Bible, we can learn that God will bless us when we walk on the path of righteousness.
We will not only stand up to believe, but we will also support what is right. If we see the wrong somewhere, we must protest and support the truth. Although supporting the truth may often seem difficult, we will remember that God keeps his eyes on our deeds and He is our judge.
In order to support the truth, we see in the Bible that Danial was thrown into the lion’s den. But God rescued him. In another story, we see that Esther risks her life to save her people. In these stories, we see that the people of God have never supported lies but have always done the right thing.
We should be able to observe it by meditating on God’s Word. In our daily life, we are experiencing different situations where we need to stand for the right things. In the present society, no one stands for the poor and the weak; people often support those who are rich, even if they do wrong. But we should never do such.
We have to follow Jesus, who always stood for truth and reached the oppressed people of society. Standing in favor of the truth may seem frightening at times. But we need to remember that God does not give us the spirit of fear. He helps us to be bold and do the right thing.
Let’s look at the Scriptures of the Bible below that talk about doing what is right.
